Who knew the Great Lakes were so pointy? And furst for a Friday.
Who in the heck figured that out??? I mean why stop there? Let's play with everyone's minds...It's 3:47 pm in Detroit and 6:53 am in Montreal...who'd a thunk it? Thanx for the map...
So where in the heck is the *other* one? Papua New Guinea?P.S. Erin - the pointiest bits are in Canada, not the US. 100% fact.
I stand corrected there are more than two offset time zones. Go here for more info.
Did they include that extra half-hour in the day so that you have time to shovel snow?
TRT - no, extra drinking. Of course!
Sadly, there is no extra half hour. We just get to experience it sooner than the rest of North America.
