What in the name of...
For the love o' Mike, who's reading this blog? Must be bots.
There have been between 193 and 297 page loads over the past week.
Between 134 and 207 unique visitors.
And between 5 and 8 return visits. These would be the people who've been around here long enough to know that I have slipped into a MAJOR blogging slump and THERE'S NOTHING TO SEE HERE, FOLKS.
Be gone, bots!
* Research would indicate that it is the picture of the cute, ickle hamster on the Dec 17 post that is drawing all the unusual traffic from all over the world. So sadly, cutest hamster in the world. must go. Good-bye hamster!

I'm not unique.

You 'sneak up on me all the time.
i had the same thing happen when i put up a post about the elephant man...was getting between 4 and 6 HUNDRED hits a day for about three weeks...
Good lord!
You can use the noindex meta tags to stop the bots.
I see you've drained the colour from the page - Spring cleaning?
Dawn, it could be that people are eagerly awaiting a masterpiece of wit, charm, with a sprinkle of Shakespearean prose thrown in. I've heard that people get depressed this time of year.
The cute little hamster brought me here. :)
Even though you deleted it from your blog post it is still on Google images.....so expect many more visitors ;)
Did have a look at your Sexy Executives link though. :)
Greetings from South Africa
Welcome, Sam!
Yes, the cute, ickle hamster will be linked with this post in the Google cache for eternity...
My second attempt at writing here....
I think that your 'fans' regularly view your pages in anticipation of some juicy morsel of news or philosophy. A literary gem perhaps, written with Shakespearean gusto (sans spelling mistakes you understand).
Um... er... it was me.
Allegedly.
R'pus. I might have known.
:)
You overestimate me, Aled. But thank you!
FYI, I came over from WCS because I thought your comment on today's entry was pretty funny.
I just love when people say "ickle". That word cracks me up.
Pearl
How about pictures of kitties instead?
Aw, StephLove. I am indeed funny. but looks aren't everything.
Me too, Pearl. It's a word I learned from the Interwebs and I love it.
