R'pus: If she did, that'll explain why she's posted it. If she didn't, perhaps she's missing the thought of driving in the snow.
She didn't. 'Cause a) she doesn't have a working video camera and b)she has no idea how to post a video on YouTube.
She just thought it was a good film of what it's like here in the frozen North. Not that it's like it just yet this year but if it keeps on the way it's going it will be soon.
What do you need a video camera for, don't you have a mobile phone?
