Hehehe. I didn't miss a single Arrogant Worms concert when I was in university and later living in Edmonton. In fact, I did see them live with the ESO myself. :) They're cool.
The RCMP in Hay River do have a boat, though. Several boats, even. They patrol the Hay River with it, I'm not sure what for. We sure don't have any river pirates. :)
